We deliver locally within Chesterfield. If your address is outside our usual delivery area, please get in touch, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
We deliver from Monday to Saturday between 10am and 6pm. While we can't guarantee a specific time, we do offer next working day delivery if you order before 2pm.
Yes, you can collect your order. Just choose 'collection' at checkout, and we'll contact you to arrange a convenient time for pickup.
If you're not home when your flowers arrive, we'll leave them in a safe place or with a neighbor. If that's not possible, we'll leave a card for you to contact us and rearrange delivery or collection.
To make your flowers last longer, keep them in a cool place, change the water every two days, and trim the stems at an angle. Avoid placing them in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
